Hi darling readers, today i'm back to talk to about the vegetarian food. The most people think that when you do not eat meat you are basically feeding on pure salads, which is completely untrue. In the time that since I changed my eating habits and gave up meat, I have discovered too many delicious recipes that leave you impressed with so many flavors.

In my house, my mom and my brother have joined in this food change and we cook only vegetarian food. In our foods the legumes are essential, the we use them in many preparations, such as hamburgers, sautés, as sauces or salads. Along with this, vegetables also have a major role, we have added spinach, Italian pumpkin and chard to different foods to have many vitamins in our body. One of the newest recipes has the name "banana lard", which consists of simulating the larded meat with the banana peel. This recipe was a little strange for us but we dared to prepare it; an important part of the preparation is to remove all the banana from the peel and dip it in soya for at least ten or fifteen minutes to absorb its flavor. When I served this dish it had a bit of banana aroma but no taste of banana, I used it as a sauce and served it with some noodles. My family was amazed and asked for more.
